Tech Profit = (Total − Parts − Co. Parts − Fees) × %. Balance = Cash + “+ Fees” − Tech Profit − Parts. A negative balance is owed to the technician. Business share = Total − Parts − Co. Parts − Fees − Tech Profit + “+ Fees”, before ads and other expenses.
No business owners are marked yet. Open Users, edit each owner’s admin account and tick Business owner. Net profit is split equally between them.
Net profit is split equally. An owner who paid an expense personally gets it back, so every expense is still shared equally. Record each payment you take out to keep track of what’s left.
